By entering the Ekster x Airalo Giveaway (the “Promotion”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the lawful decisions of the Sponsor concerning the administration of the Promotion.

3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, and Canada, excluding Quebec, who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old and have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence.
Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, Airalo and agencies involved in administering the Promotion, together with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. For these purposes, “immediate family members” means spouses, domestic partners, parents, children and siblings.
Eligibility is subject to verification before any prize is awarded. The Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide reasonable documentary evidence of identity, age and legal residency. Failure to establish eligibility within the specified period may result in disqualification.
4. Promotion period
The Promotion begins on 2 November 2026 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on 9 November 2026 at 10:00 AM EST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are ineligible.
5. How to enter
During the Promotion Period, visit [entry URL] and complete and submit the entry form, including:
- Follow Ekster and Airalo
- Like the post
- Tag 2 friends in the comments
There is no limit on the number of entries per person during the Promotion Period. Each comment on the giveaway post that tags 2 different Instagram users counts as one entry. Comments that repeat a previously tagged combination, or that tag fake, inactive or business accounts, will not count as additional entries. Each entrant may enter using one Instagram account only. Entering from multiple Instagram accounts, or creating accounts to increase chances of winning, is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries from that person.Winners must be following both @ekster and @airalo at the time of winner selection. If a selected winner is not following both accounts, they will be disqualified and an alternative winner will be selected.Automated entries, fraudulent entries and attempts to circumvent these rules are prohibited. Incomplete or late entries are ineligible.
6. Prizes and odds
Two (2) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive:
Ekster:
1 Backpack Pro (US$179),
1 Vacuum Bag Travel Kit in Gray (US$138)
1 Trackable Passport Holder, including 1 tracker card (US$89).
Airalo:
US$100 in Airmoney, credited to the winner’s Airalo account. Airmoney can be used toward eligible eSIM purchases in the Airalo store. Coverage, data allowance and validity depend on the eSIM plan the winner chooses. To redeem, the winner must have an Airalo account and provide the email address registered to it, and must use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device.
The approximate retail value of each prize package is US$506 / C$708. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is US$1,012 / C$1,417.Prizes will be allocated from a single prize pool shared across all eligible jurisdictionsThe odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable prize pool. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.The Sponsor will cover standard delivery costs for physical prizes within the eligible jurisdictions. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and any expenses expressly identified in these Official Rules as excluded from the prize. No payment to the Sponsor or Airalo is required to claim a prize.
7. Winner selection and notification
Potential winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about 10 November 2026.
Winners will be announced via Instagram Stories on @ekster on 10 November 2026 at 10:00 AM EST.
Potential winners will be contacted by Direct Message on Instagram within 2 days of the drawing and must respond within 14 days of notification.
Before being confirmed as a winner, each potential winner must satisfy the eligibility requirements and complete any reasonably required eligibility declaration and prize acceptance documentation.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, fails eligibility verification or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, that person may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Ekster will aim to dispatch prizes within 5 days following confirmation of the winner and receipt of the information reasonably required for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the winner’s location.
8. Additional requirement for Canadian winners
Before being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner residing in Canada must correctly answer, without assistance from another person or a calculating device, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.
Reasonable accommodations will be provided where required by applicable law.
If the potential winner fails to correctly answer the question within the permitted time, that person will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
9. Administration and liability
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information or materially breaches these Official Rules.
If fraud, a technical failure or another event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, amend or terminate the Promotion only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any material change will be communicated through the official rules page.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor and Airalo are not responsible for entry failures caused by network outages or other circumstances beyond their reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restricts an entrant’s mandatory statutory rights.
10. Personal information
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, deliver prizes and meet applicable legal obligations, in accordance with the privacy policy
Personal information will be shared with Airalo or other service providers only as disclosed to entrants and reasonably necessary for these purposes. Where Airalo independently collects or processes personal information, the applicable details and privacy policy will be provided at https://www.airalo.com/more-info/privacy-policy
Any use of personal information for marketing requires a separate lawful basis and, where required, the entrant’s express consent. Entering the Promotion does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications from either Ekster or Airalo.
11. Applicable law and contact
The Promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws. Nothing in these Official Rules deprives an entrant of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to that entrant.
