What is Ekster's returns & exchange policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days, or for a replacement/store-credit within 60 days of receiving your order.

Further details to your case can be found below.Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return. Images of the product(s) will be requested by our team.

Any returned items received by Ekster without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Therefore, please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can assist fully.

There are a few things to note:

What items cannot be returned?

  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts
  • Products bought from a third party (e.g. IndieGoGo, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Products bought during promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.)*
  • Products bought during a sale (above 15% discount)*
  • Products bought with via a Sweatcoin offer
  • Any order below $50 (not including shipping fees)
* Products bought during a sale/promotional period can be returned for a store credit/replacement and not refund.

Are there any charges on returns?

Returns are free for all US customers. All return costs from countries situated outside the US are not covered by our policy and will need to be the customer’s responsibility.

The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.

How soon will I get my replacement/store credit?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2-3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue you a store credit or ship you a replacement, depending on your request.
