How do I cancel or change my order?

If you want to make changes to your orders, please reach out to us at nest@ekster.com within 24 hours.

Once the order has been paid for and confirmation is received we cannot garatuntee changes can be made.

If you want to cancel your order after it has been processed, you will have to go through the regular returns process.

We are shipping all our orders from our United States based fulfilment partner although we are a Dutch company based in Amsterdam. Some banks charge an International Service Assessment Fee which may be a small percentage of your order. For extra information we recommend to contact your banking provider.
