How do I cancel or change my order?

Within one hour of purchase

If you want to make changes to your order within one hour of purchase, please log into your customer account. Please note, any edits will cancel the order and you will be brought back to the checkout.

After one hour of purchase

If you wish to make changes to your order after one hour of purchase, please send us an email at nest@ekster.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request!

Once the order has been paid for and confirmation is received we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

If you want to cancel your order after it has been processed, you will have to go through the regular returns process.

We are shipping all our orders from our United States based fulfilment partner although we are a Dutch company based in Amsterdam. Some banks charge an International Service Assessment Fee which may be a small percentage of your order. For extra information we recommend to contact your banking provider.

All orders are charged in United States Dollar (USD)

Do you offer special discounts?

We’re offering an exclusive 20% discount for the students, teachers, troops, vets, and healthcare workers who serve our country. Just complete the verification form with our partner ID.me and your discount will be applied at checkout.

Please note: the 20% discount cannot be combined with other onsite discounts. In the event of an onsite sale or promotion, 20% will be deducted off the full price of the item when using your ID.me code.
