How long does shipping take?

Your order should be on its way to you within 2 business days. Delivery times will vary, based on the service you selected and your chosen destination. All shipping estimated are calculated in business days.

During busier periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, please allow for additional processing times at our warehouse. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please note that carriers are dealing with a larger number of packages during this period. Your tracking may show delayed tracking information as they work through these volumes.

My tracking information doesn't show any updates on my order, what should I do?

Due to carrier scanning issues, it's possible that your tracking information is not showing any updates. If it has been more than 3 business days since your order has shipped and you are not seeing any updates, feel free to contact us via our chat service and we will be happy to assist you.

Do I need to pay customs and duties to receive my order?

Orders are shipped from the United States so for countries outside of this region, customs and duties will apply. We're partnered with Passport Shipping to provide you with a Delivery Duties Paid option at our checkout. When selecting this option, you will not have to pay any additional charges to receive your order. If you choose to only pay for Delivery Duties Unpaid option, you will need to pay customs and duties to your local authorities upon delivery of your order. Passport Shipping will be the Seller of Record for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.
