Returns & exchange policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 45 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Please note; Our leather is authentic and is prone to usage marks, therefore, please be wary when testing our products if you intend to return it. Stretched or scratched leather is not considered suitable for return.

Images of the product(s) may be requested by our team.

If your item is defective, please head over to our warranty page.

Any returned items received by Ekster without prior notification and approval cannot be processed. Therefore, please always give us prior notice and wait for our approval so that we can help you out efficiently.

There are a few things to note:

What items cannot be returned?

  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts
  • Products bought from a third party (e.g. IndieGoGo, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Products bought during promotional periods (e.g. Cyber Monday, Black Friday, etc.)*
  • Products bought with via a Sweatcoin offer
  • Any order below $50 (not including shipping fees)
  • Any product under the value of $30
  • Individual items from any gift bundle
Discounts are not applicable to orders containing a gift bundle

Are there any charges on returns?

Returns are free for customers inside the United States. Customers outside the United States are responsible for returning the package and the cost of shipping.

The shipping costs on the original order are not eligible for refunds.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 - 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A credit will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 10 business days.

How soon will I get my exchanged item?

Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 2 - 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue you a store credit or ship you a replacement, depending on your request.
