WHAT IS EKSTER'S PRODUCT WARRANTY?

Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a problem with your purchase, we'd be happy to replace it free of charge!

All our products come with a one year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

You can get a refund for your defective item if requested within 14 days of receiving your product. After 14 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.

DOES THE 12 MONTH WARRANTY COVER PRODUCTS FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS?

If you purchased a wallet from our website, or from official b8ta resellers, we will handle the replacement of your wallet under our 12 Month Warranty. Please note we will need a proof of purchase for your product to handle the replacement.

If you have purchased a wallet from a third party, such as Amazon, Touch of Modern, Huckberry or others, your wallet is still covered under our 12 Month Warranty. However, the relevant third party will handle the replacement, so please reach out to them directly. If you're having any issues with a third party seller and need assistance, you can always reach out to us via our chat service.
