If you purchased a wallet from our website, or from official b8ta resellers, we will handle the replacement of your wallet under our 24 Month Warranty. 

If you have purchased a wallet from a third party, such as Amazon, Touch of Modern, Huckberry or others, your wallet is still covered under our 24 Month Warranty. However, the relevant third party will handle the replacement, so please reach out to them directly.
