How do I make a warranty claim?Updated a year ago

We're sorry to hear that you're Ekster product is no longer working as it should!

Please reach out to us via our Contact Form and include the following information:

  1. Your full name and address
  2. Order number
  3. A description of the issue
  4. Images or a video where the defect / issue can be seen clearly
  5. A photo of the serial number for the product 
    • This applies to wallets only and can be found on the inside of the cardholder 
      • Parliament Wallet
      • Aluminum Cardholder

Once we receive all the information required including the images / video, we will evaluate the warranty claim and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
