How do I make a warranty claim?Updated 2 months ago

We're sorry to hear that you're Ekster product is no longer working as it should!

Please reach out to us via our Warranty Portal and follow the steps. The following information is going to be required:

  • Order number 
  • Your full name and address
  • A description of the issue
  • Images of the issue

Once we receive all the information required including the images, we will evaluate the warranty claim and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
