How do I make a warranty claim?Updated 4 months ago

We're sorry to hear that you're Ekster product is no longer working as it should!

Please reach out to us via our Returns & Warranty Portal and follow the steps. The following information is going to be required:

  • Order number and Zip Code
  • Your full name and address
  • A description of the issue
  • Images where the defect/issue can be seen clearly
  • A photo of the serial number for the product
    • This applies to wallets only and can be found on the inside of the cardholderAluminum Parliament

Once we receive all the information required including the images, we will evaluate the warranty claim and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
