If you’re not a member of ekster+ but require a spare part for your product, this is no problem! Our Support team are on hand to identify the issue and provide you with the necessary parts to keep your product in use for as long as possible.If your product is within the 24 month warranty window, a new product part will be provided to you. If your product falls outside of the warranty, our team will be able to ship you out a replacement part, at a small charge.To avoid any additional fees, we recommend that you sign up to the ekster+ program.
