The Dual Tracker Tag helps you keep track of your belongings using the Apple Find My app or Google Find Hub app.
Below you’ll find how to enable, disable, reset, and pair your Dual Tracker Tag.
Instructions
1. Enable the Tracker Tag
Press the button once. A confirmation beep will sound.
2. Disable the Tracker Tag
Press and hold the button for five seconds. Two beeps will sound.
3. Factory Reset
Quickly press the power button three times, then press and hold it the fourth time until you hear a long beep. This indicates that the device has restarted successfully.
After resetting, you can link the Dual Tracker Tag to a different Google or Apple account. However, if you want to link it to a new Apple account, you must also remove it from its previous Apple account on your iOS device.
Pairing Your Dual Tracker Tag
For Apple (Find My)
- Open the Find My app on your iPhone.
- Tap Items.
- Tap Add Item.
- Press the button on your Dual Tracker Tag to activate it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
For Android (Google Find Hub)
- Open the Google Find Hub app.
- Tap Add device.
- Press the button on your Dual Tracker Tag to activate it.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete pairing.
