There may be occasions where you need to contact us about a product issue, and our Support team are on hand to make sure we manage your query as quickly as possible.

What is Ekster’s Warranty Policy?

All our wallets and accessories come with a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery. Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it’s normal for some issues to arise during production. Our 2 year warranty policy protects your purchase from any manufacturing defects that may arise within the first year of use. 

What are manufacturing defects?

Manufacturing defects are issues identified by Ekster which may result in your product malfunctioning. Our team of Support experts are on hand to help navigate you through these issues, and advise how we can resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.

What is not covered by our warranty?

Ekster’s warranty policy does not cover items that are subject to general use, wear and tear or other non-manufacturing defects. In any event, please reach out to our Support team, who will be happy to advise you on your issue and the next possible steps.
