What is Ekster’s Warranty Policy?
Here's what you need to know about our warranties:
- 2-Year Warranty for All Products: All our products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you encounter any such issues, we'll arrange for a free replacement or provide the necessary spare parts to keep your product in top condition.
- Lifetime Warranty for Cardholder Pro: Our Cardholder Pro comes with an exclusive Lifetime Warranty. If your product has experienced a manufacturing defect, our team will arrange a new product to be shipped out to you, free of charge. If you have encountered an issue with a part of your product which can be replaced, our team is on hand to make sure you receive the required parts to keep your wallet in use.
What are manufacturing defects?
Manufacturing defects are issues identified by Ekster which may result in your product malfunctioning. Our team of Support experts are on hand to help navigate you through these issues, and advise how we can resolve the problem for you as soon as possible.
What is not covered by our warranty?
Ekster’s warranty policy does not cover items that are subject to general use, wear and tear or other non-manufacturing defects. In any event, please reach out to our Support team, who will be happy to advise you on your issue and the next possible steps.
