Warranty Details
- 2-Year Warranty: All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong, we’ll provide a free replacement or spare parts.
- Lifetime Warranty on Cardholder Pro: The Cardholder Pro comes with a lifetime warranty. If there’s a defect, we’ll send you a new product or necessary parts free of charge.
What You Can Expect
- A free replacement for the same product.
- A Gift Card for the original order value.
What We Consider Manufacturing Defects
These are issues that affect your product’s function due to faulty manufacturing. Our Support team is here to help resolve any problems quickly.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover stolen, lost, or disposed of items, general wear and tear, or signs of damage not related to manufacturing.
What we consider Wear and Tear
- Leather items: deep creases, scratches, discoloration, excessive marks, fraying edges, faded areas or any other visible damage from daily use.
- Aluminum items: deep scratches, dents, bent edges, cracked corners, scuff marks or any other visible damage from daily use.
- Luggage/Backpacks: deep creases or scratches, or any signs of misuse, like improper cleaning or overloading.
