What is Ekster's Warranty Policy?Updated 2 months ago

Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it's always possible for issues to slip through the cracks.

All our products come with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. This covers any manufacturing defects.  

Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, accidental damage caused by the user, faults as a result of wilful or negligent operation, or any other handling. 

Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

If a defective item is reported to us within 14 days of you receiving the product, we are happy to process a refund. After 14 days, we only offer exchange or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.
