Returns Within the US, UK, CA and EU

You’ll have 100 days from the delivery date to return your item, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

For customers in the EU: Returns requested within 14 days of delivery are free of charge. No handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

For returns requested after the first 14 days, the following flat-rate handling fees apply:

This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund once your return is processed.

Rest of World Returns

For returns outside of the US, UK, CA and EU, you’ll need to arrange and cover the shipping cost back to our warehouse.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.
We’re not able to generate international return labels at this time.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to make sure your return arrives safely.
No handling fee will be applied.
