Pick your portal:

You’ll just need your order number and the shipping ZIP code.

Step-by-step

  1. Find your order – pop in your order number and ZIP.
  2. Select item + Return Reason – Let us know what you’re returning and why.
  3. Choose your outcome:
    • Exchange → Pick your new item
    • Return → Go for store credit or a refund
  4. Submit – That's it!

What happens next

  • Your return label shows up right away (except for Rest of World—see below).
  • Drop it off within 20 days and hold onto your receipt
  • Once it reaches us, we’ll inspect the product and process everything in 5–10 business days.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email with your refund, credit, or exchange.

A few things to know

  • 🌍 Rest of World? You’ll need to ship it back to our US warehouse at your cost. The return address will be provided after submission. For more details: How do Rest of World returns work.
  • 🕵️ Return under review? We’ll reach out within 2–3 business days if we need anything else.
  • 🛠️ Think it’s a defect? You might not need to return it! File a Warranty Claim instead.
