• Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

• Our team will be ready to review your request and further assist you.

• We’ll create and provide the return label - except for Rest of World—see below

• Ship the item(s) back using the label provided.

• We inspect it once it arrives at our warehouse.

• Receive your refund, store credit, or exchange — confirmation is sent by email once processed.

A few things to know

• 🌍 Rest of World? You’ll need to ship it back to our US warehouse at your cost. The return address will be provided by our team. 

• 🕵️ Return under review? We’ll reach out within 2–3 business days after sending your request.
