Pick your portal:
- US / CA / UK / Rest of World → Return Portal link
- EU → EU Portal link
You’ll just need your order number and the shipping ZIP code.

Step-by-step
- Find your order – pop in your order number and ZIP.
- Select item + Return Reason – Let us know what you’re returning and why.
- Choose your outcome:
- Exchange → Pick your new item
- Return → Go for store credit or a refund
- Submit – That's it!
What happens next
- Your return label shows up right away (except for Rest of World—see below).
- Drop it off within 20 days and hold onto your receipt
- Once it reaches us, we’ll inspect the product and process everything in 5–10 business days.
- You’ll get a confirmation email with your refund, credit, or exchange.
A few things to know
- 🌍 Rest of World? You’ll need to ship it back to our US warehouse at your cost. The return address will be provided after submission. For more details: How do Rest of World returns work.
- 🕵️ Return under review? We’ll reach out within 2–3 business days if we need anything else.
- 🛠️ Think it’s a defect? You might not need to return it! File a Warranty Claim instead.
