As an EU customer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your Ekster order within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. This right applies to all eligible purchases made through our website.

What is the right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal gives you 14 days from the date your order is delivered to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund, with no questions asked and no handling fees charged.
This is separate from our standard 100-day return policy. 

How to withdraw from your order

- You'll receive an automatic email confirmation including a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your full refund will be processed to your original payment method. No handling fees apply for withdrawals submitted within the 14-day window.

After the 14-day window
