Shop worry‑free—if it’s not “the one”, you have 100 days from order delivery to return your order. Here’s how it works


Return Window

You get 100 days from order delivery to make sure it’s the perfect match. Feel free to load it up and try it on. Just make sure it stays good‑as‑new:

  • No noticeable wear and tear*

  • All parts, zippers, and accessories, intact

  • Original packaging - please include if available


What we consider Wear and Tear

Leather items: Deep creases, scratches, discoloration, fraying, or any damage from daily use.

Aluminum items: Scratches, dents, or scuffs that affect appearance or function.

Luggage/Backpacks: Large tears, broken zippers, or signs of misuse (like overloading or improper cleaning).

Non-returnable items*:* Custom‑engraved pieces, free gifts, and warranty replacements are non‑returnable. See the full list here.


What We Offer

When submitting your return, you can choose between:

  • Exchange
  • Store credit (+ bonus)
  • Refund to original payment method**
  • ** All returns are inspected. If the item is returned good‑as‑new, your refund will be processed. If it shows usage abuse, you may still be eligible for store credit. We will evaluate this on a case-by-case basis.

Return labels and fees

Depending on your location, shipping and/or handling fees may apply.

US/CA/UK

  • A pre-paid label is provided upon return submission in our Return Portal. Handling fees apply (see table below).

EU

  • A pre-paid label is provided upon return submission in our EU Return Portal. Handling fees apply (see table below).

Rest of the World (countries outside above regions)

  • No pre-paid label is provided upon return submission in our Return Portal. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping back to our US warehouse. Handling fees do not apply.

Processing Times

  • We process returns within 5 - 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
  • Once processed, your Refund, Store Credit or Exchange order will be released and you’ll receive an email confirmation.
