Does Finder Tag work with Android?
No. Finder Tag only works with Apple devices via the Find My network.

My Finder Tag isn’t connecting, what should I do?
Try resetting your Finder Tag:

1. Remove it from the Find My app.

2. Power it on.

3. Press 3 times quickly, then hold on the 4th press until you hear a long beep.

How do I know if the battery is low?
When the battery is almost empty, the device might stop responding or won’t appear in the Find My app. Replace the CR2032 battery.

Can multiple people track the same Finder Tag?
No. Each Finder Tag can only be paired with one Apple ID at a time.

What happens if I lose my Finder Tag?
Enable Lost Mode in the Find My app. It will lock the Finder Tag and show its location when any Apple device detects it nearby.
