How do I reset my Tracker Card?Updated 19 days ago

Reset:

If you can't see the 'ring to find' button, it means the Tracker Card and your device are not connected. To reconnect:

  1. Close the app, then turn off your phone's wireless connections.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Turn the  wireless connections back on, then start the Chipolo App.
  4. Wait 10 seconds for your phone and tracker card to re-establish the connection.

Do you want to reboot your Tracker Card? Hold the button down for ten seconds, or until you hear the tracker beep.
