Step-by-step
- Find your order – pop in your order number and ZIP.
- Select item + Return Reason – Let us know what you’re returning and why.
- Choose your outcome:
- Exchange → Pick your new item
- Return → Go for store credit or a refund
- Submit – That's it!
- Check your inbox – The return address appears on-screen and via email
Shipping Guidelines
- Use any tracked carrier you like and email us the tracking details. Keep the tracking receipt until your refund/credit email arrives.
- You’re in charge of postage and customs paperwork.
Tip: Label your package as “Customer Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid extra charges. - We can’t issue refunds for packages that never reach our US warehouse.
Fees & timing
