- How do I use my Nift Gift Card?

You can purchase Nift exclusive wallets and cardholders via the Nift App. Once you’ve chosen your desired product, you will be redirected to Ekster’s website to complete your purchase. Once you’ve entered your gift card in checkout, the discount will be applied to your order.

- Can I add a Tracker Card or other items to my order?

Yes! You are free to add a Tracker Card to your purchase via our website.

- My gift card isn’t being applied to my order, what should I do?

If your gift card isn’t being applied to your order, it may be that you are trying to purchase an item not eligible for the discount. You can find the Nift exclusives via the Nift platform. If your gift card still isn’t working, feel free to reach out to our Support team for assistance.

- How long will it take to receive my order?

Our orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouses within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary, based on the service you selected. All shipping estimates are calculated in business days.

Can I return my order?

At Ekster, items can be returned for a full refund within 100 days from the date of delivery. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. Returns are free on wallets and cardholders. Please note that to be eligible for a return, all items must be in unused conditions and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Returns that are used or are not in the original received state will not be received for a refund. 

- What warranty do I have on my order?

All our wallets and accessories come with a 1 year warranty from the date of delivery. Quality control is one of our main priorities, but we know that it’s normal for some issues to arise during production. Our 1 year warranty policy protects your purchase from any manufacturing defects that may arise within the first year of use. For further information, please refer to our warranty policy here.
