You’ll just need your order number and the shipping ZIP code.

Step-by-step

  1. Find your order – pop in your order number and ZIP.
  2. Select item + Warranty Reason – Let us know what you’re returning and why.
  3. Choose your outcome:
    • Replacement→ Pick your new item
    • Store Credit
  4. Submit – That's it!

What Happens Next

  • Our team will review your claim and process it within 2-3 business days.
  • You’ll get a confirmation email with your replacement order or store credit

A few things to know

  • 💖 Keep your item(s). No need to send them back.
  • 🕵️ Warranty under review? Our team may reach out via email to provide or request further details to correctly process your claim.
  • 🙏 No fees, all warranty claims are free of charge, no additional fees or charges apply. 
    • Any balance shown in our Warranty Portal or replacement confirmation emails are for record purposes only.
