My Tracker Card isn't charging, what should I do?Updated a year ago

The Tracker Card is solar-powered, so you never have to plug it in. 

  • To re-charge your Tracker Card, place it in direct sunlight for at least 3-4 hours. 
  • Turn off Bluetooth for a few seconds and then turn it back on 
    • This forces the Chipolo app to reconnect and should update the charge level
  • Now you should be able to use your Tracker Card again!

Note: 3 hours of sunlight equals about 2 months of charge. To ensure the longevity of your tracker's battery, we recommend two hours of sunlight per month.
